Sachin, a neighborhood resident, said his mother was going for a walk when she noticed the four creating ruckus in the space round four am. Sachin alleged they all were under the influence of alcohol. As his mother raised the alarm, the driving force began his car and accelerated, hitting a car of his neighbour parked outside the home. Later, when he tried to reverse his car, he hit every other car.


In the Tricity, there were a lot of events when occupants of paying visitor lodging have caused hassle in the neighbourhood. This has ranged from taking part in track loudly in the middle of the evening to raucous parties and drunken brawls. Sector 21 ruckus: Cops given pictures

Owners of the broken vehicles submitted a complaint to the cops and handed over the CCTV pictures.
