Court issues NBW against Namakkal DSP

TIRUPUR: A tribulation court in the town on Monday issued non-bailable warrant towards a deputy superintendent of police (DSP), who is working in Namakkal district. The DSP has failed to look before the court in a public belongings harm case regardless of many summons.

When DSP S Nelson was working as an inspector of Tirupur south, he registered a case underneath the TNOPPD Act on June 28, 2014, in accordance with complaint from a senior auditor of the Tamil Nadu state shipping company (Tnstc). The auditor mentioned in his complaint that miscreants had thrown a stone on rear windshield of a Tnstc bus when the vehicle reached Usha Theatre bus prevent on Dharapuram road.


The case was attempted before the Tirupur additional sessions court II. Nelson failed to look before the court representing prosecution aspect after he was promoted as DSP and transferred to Namakkal district. Judge A Mohumed Jiyapudtheen on Monday issued non-bailable warrant towards Nelson and the case was adjourned to February 26.
