GURUGRAM: The department of the city and country making plans (DTCP) has said action might be taken against unlawful buildings in DLF 1, 2 and four. This comes after realty primary DLF alleged that round 23 houses within the upscale spaces of the town had been constructed illegally.
The developer had written to the DTCP, deputy commissioner and MCG alleging that such buildings had been completed after getting occupation certificate (OC) from DTCP.

DLF, in five letters written between January 31 to February 6, supplied a listing of constructions with unlawful buildings. They also filed a criticism against unauthorised buildings completed by way of plot owners and supplied a listing of such plots as smartly.

“We want to bring on your understand that some plot owners are illegally developing their houses past the sanctioned plans,” DLF stated in its letter.

DLF alleged that after plot owners get OC from the DTCP, they make further buildings violating the approved building plans. In one of the instances, constructions had been allegedly constructed for residential functions but later used for commercial practices.

“Such unlawful buildings are a burden on the existing infrastructure like sewerage, roads and power provide of the colonies, thereby causing inconvenience to other people dwelling right here,” said a resident of DLF 1. These constructions are used as guest houses and every now and then leased out to app-based services, the resident added.

District the city planner (DTP) R S Batth said occupation certificate are given to simply the ones constructions which are constructed as according to the approved plans. “Department will check up on and issue notices to plan owners if further building used to be completed after getting OC,” said Batth adding that action would be taken against the guilty.
