Fuel depot staff rescue Congo man from car boot

BENGALURU: Alert employees of a petrol bunk stored the lifetime of a Congolese guy, who was stabbed and being transported within the boot of a automobile, at Hennur Cross, northeast Bengaluru, on Wednesday evening, after he raised an alarm.
The automobile had stopped at the gasoline depot for a replenish. Hearing screams from the boot, the workers swung into motion. They pulled out a badly injured Imanual Lonja, 31, a resident of Kannur village and finding out control in a personal faculty, from the automobile.

Alerted by way of the bunk employees, Bagalur police rushed to the scene, but the attackers controlled to escape. Police took Lonja to Victoria Hospital, where he's being handled for critical accidents.


Lonja told police his buddy and someone else, recognized as James from Nigeria, had an issue over a financial factor on Wednesday evening at Challakere and he had intervened on behalf of his buddy.


“After the incident, I returned house. Four Africans barged into my room at 7am. They objected to my interference and administered electric shocks to me using a water heater coil, stabbed me within the head, fingers and again. They dragged me out and bundled me into the boot of their automobile, pronouncing they'd kill me,” Lonja stated.


Police stated they have got arrested two men, Michael Williams and Robert Osara, both from Nigeria and aged about 25 years. “A couple of others are at massive and we can arrest them quickly,” a police officer stated.


Police later learnt that Lonja had on Wednesday stabbed a pal, Kparagume from Nigeria, right through the altercation. Michael had on Wednesday evening filed an atttempt-to-murder grievance with Hennur police.
