In the letter, copies of which have been sent to Union home minister Rajnath Singh, minister of state for communications Manoj Sinha and different senior officers of the telecom department, Abhimanyu stated that the detention of two BSNL officers through Jharkhand police is a “clear violation of human rights in addition to the law of the land”.
