NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court-mandated Environment Pollution (Prevention and Control) Authority (EPCA) on Friday stated it used to be ‘seriously bearing in mind’ shutting down industries in the pollution hotspots of Delhi-NCR the next time air high quality touches ‘serious’.
