Cellphones worth Rs 31 lakh stolen from Dahod shop

VADODARA: Cellular phones value over Rs 31lakh have been stolen in a burglary at a shop in Dahod the town someday on Thursday evening. An offence regarding the incident used to be registered at the Dahod the town police station.

The store Royal Mobile Service that used to be burgled is positioned within the Yadgar Chowk within the the town. The owner of the store Suhel Sheikh has said that he used to deal in cell phones, accessories and radios.


According to Sheikh, he used to open the store at 9am within the morning and shut it at 10pm. On Thursday evening, he had closed the store as consistent with his day by day regimen and went house. The store and home are positioned in the same building.


When Sheikh got here to open the shutter of the store against the main street he spotted that it used to be bent. Wary of the location, he entered the store from its rear front to seek out that boxes of cell phones have been strewn round within the store and the phones have been missing. In all, 132 cell phones value Rs 31,43,590 have been stolen within the burglary.
