Passenger plane rolls off runway on landing in Siberia

MOSCOW: Russian government opened an investigation on Wednesday after a plane with 91 passengers on board rolled off the runway on landing in Russia's a long way east.

The Russian-made Sukhoi Superjet-100, which was on an internal flight, landed within the area of Sakha within the early hours of Wednesday, however then came off the runway for some reason, the delivery ministry stated.


Footage confirmed the rear wheels of the aircraft had collapsed within the coincidence.
