India attaches 'highest importance' to ties with Russia: Swaraj

MOSCOW: India attaches the "highest importance" to its relations with Russia, External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj stated Friday, as she conducted a complete assessment of bilateral ties ahead of President Vladimir Putin's deliberate visit to New Delhi early subsequent month.
