KOCHI: Commissioner of Entrance Examinations and Admission Supervisory Committee can take action to ensure that students can get MBBS admissions in self-financing clinical faculties with out furnishing bank guarantees, the Kerala High Court mentioned on Tuesday.


The order was issued by a division bench comprising of justices Ok Surendra Mohan and Shircy V after bearing in mind a petition filed by 11 students thru suggest Raajesh S Subrahmanian.
