Remove encroachments at Tondiarpet complex: Madras high court 

CHENNAI: The Madras high courtroom on Saturday directed the Tamil Nadu Slum Clearance Board (TNSCB) to transparent encroachments, including an extra staircase built by means of the occupants of a multistorey building of the board, at Tondiarpet.
A division bench of Justice M Sathyanarayanan and Justice P Rajamanickam additionally ordered police assistanceduring thedrive, as Tamil Nadu Slum Clearance Board await legislation and order problems.
