BHEL DyGM killing: Kin write to PM, seek CBI probe

NOIDA: The family members of BHEL DyGM Amit Pandey, who was shot dead via unidentified assailants on March 7, have written to the Prime Minister looking for a CBI probe in the subject.

The kin have complained that police have now not been in a position to make any step forward in the case even after a month and is simplest making false assurances to the circle of relatives.

Amit’s father Narvdeshwar Pandey has said that from the day Amit's body was recovered around three:25 pm on March 8, there was no ample reaction from the police.

Rajkumar Mishra, DSP, STF Noida said that there was no step forward in the case as of now. “Sector 39 police is working on angles. Our team too is working on it,” he said.

Pandey’s body was recovered with a bullet shot close to a drain in Sector 105, a day after he was shot via unidentified assailant(s) at the night time of March 7.
