Man, 3-month-old die in accident

MANGALURU: A man and his three-month-old daughter, hailing from Peraje in Madikeri, Kodagu, died in Sullia, once they were thrown out of an autorickshaw.
According to police, on Saturday, Chittaranjan, Manjula, 30, and their three-month-old daughter Lia, citizens of Peraje in Madikeri, boarded an autorickshaw at Aletti in Sullia. At 9.30pm, when the autorickshaw used to be plying at the Mani-Mysuru freeway, the driving force failed to note a tyre that used to be placed at the road via a container lorry driving force.

Police stated the lorry driving force used to be repairing his heavy-duty automobile, and had irresponsibly placed the tyre at the freeway. Failing to peer it, autorickshaw driving force Seetharam drove over it, because of which Chittaranjan and Lia were thrown directly to the road, and sustained serious head injuries, after which they died.
